Phase I:            Identifying the Opportunity

• Sponsor and consultant meet

• Select and scope project, select team and draft the charter

• Define goals and schedules
  

Phase II:           ACT Application Workshop

• ACT 3-day workshop

• Apply the ACT methodology to actual business project or initiative

• Learn the concepts and tools and develop initial action plan

Phase III:          Execution Phase

• Apply the tools and execute the work plans

• Utilize ongoing coaching

• Conduct progress review sessions

• Hold final review meeting with sponsor
