Phase II:            Identifying the Opportunity

• Champion and team participate in a Lean & Six Sigma workshop that focuses on the actual project

• Concludes with action plan, accountabilities and project milestones
   

Phase III:          Execution Phase

• Ongoing coaching

• Operational improvement project

• Conduct final review meeting

• Celebrate improvements gained

• Document lessons learned
