Colleen Kindler,
M.B.A.,
is
a “Best of the Best” Six Sigma
Trainer to BHP and GE Capital. She has managed
Baldrige-based quality improvement initiatives and
facilitated teams to redesign business processes for
clients including GE Capital, Nuclear, and IBM. At
GE Capital, Colleen trained “Black Belt” Quality
Experts and over 200 improvement teams in their
Process Improvement Strategy utilizing process
management tools and Six Sigma performance
equivalents to drive continuous improvement of all
processes. Colleen was the deployment manager for
BHP Billiton’s Six Sigma/Operating Excellence in
Australia, and also completed a large Lean Six Sigma
implementation for BJC Healthcare. She recently
developed a process-based organization design to
enable AT&T Network Services to better meet customer
needs and optimize the effectiveness of its business
processes. In addition to her expertise in Six
Sigma, Colleen’s well-versed in WorkOut™ and CAP
tools and concepts and uses these on a regular basis
as part of her approach to Six Sigma deployment with
a wide range of clients across many industries.
