David Hannegan,
Ph.D.,
has had considerable
experience, over the last 22 years, in assisting
clients with Operational Improvement deployment
efforts, developing learning and educational
programs, and leadership development. Most recently,
David has been working as the account lead with
several healthcare systems on their Lean
Transformation efforts. This includes consulting to
their senior deployment team, ensuring that Lean and
Change Management are integrated into their
improvement efforts, and developing internal
capability. In addition, David has an alliance with
The Shingo Prize (Utah State) to further the
utilization of lean in any organizational capacity.
He has also worked with clients such as Sun
Microsystems and Sealed Air to develop a cadre of
staff capable of working with project and
improvement teams as change agents.
