Eric
Malmborg
Eric Malmborg,
M.A.,
has consulted and conducted teamwork
seminars for a variety of GE Businesses including
FGIC, GE Capital Aviation Services, GE Capital
Commercial Equipment Financing, and Coregis. He has
taught at GE’s Crotonville Center as a faculty
member for the Facilitation Skill Workshop, and the
CAP Coaches’ Clinic for Customers. Eric has also
been intimately involved with efforts to adapt GE’s
WorkOut™ process in a variety of GE customer/partner
organizations including E&J Gallo Winery, Tri Valley
Growers, Federal Express, Storage Tek, General
Mills, Columbia Energy Group, Texas Eastern Products
Pipeline Company, Kelsey-Sebold, Medical Clinics,
and General Motors. In that capacity, he has helped
to introduce GE¹s WorkOut™ and Change Acceleration
Processes/CAP. He has designed and delivered
training to in-house facilitators/coaches to
increase internal capability to support those
processes. Additionally, Eric has been extensively
involved in a CAP-type deployment effort for various
divisions of Ingersoll-Rand.
