Mary Ann Parker-Strom,
M.A.,
served as Training & Change
Management Director for Tri Valley Growers where she
worked with GE to implement WorkOut™ & CAP during a
companywide organization restructuring. General
Electric recognized the program as “Best Practice”
in change management and showcased the effort at
their “Partnering with Customers; Productivity
Solutions” Leadership Forum in Crotonville. She also
served as the Director of The Training & Learning
Center; an employer, labor and education based
training collaborative specializing in workforce
development. Mary Anne was trained and certified as
a WorkOut™ and CAP facilitator at GE’s Crotonville
Center and subsequently delivered facilitation
skills training to GE in-house facilitators/coaches
and GE customers. She was also a member of the
General Motors/GM University training team that
supported the implementation of Rick Wagoner’s “Go
Fast”, a world-wide culture change initiative at
General Motors.
