Ron
Gager, M.A., specializes in organizational development,
executive alignment and business process
improvement. While Manager of Org. Effectiveness for
Xerox IPD he served on a team that designed and
implemented the "Leadership Through Quality"
process leading to the coveted Baldrige Award. In
the late 1980s and early 1990s, Ron was part of the
original team that designed and launched GE's
WorkOut™
process and was a member of the subsequent group
that developed and deployed CAP across GE businesses
as well as with key GE customers in using the GE
Tool Kit. These customers included Sears Retail
Group, J.P. Morgan, General Mills, E&J Gallo Winery,
Entergy, Disney and others. Other recent major
engagements included co-leading at GM the design and
launch of "GoFast!", their world-wide initiative to
create a new culture based on a passion for speed
and a sense of urgency and launching Express! (WorkOut™
adaptation) at Telstra (the Australian telephone
company) that became an integral part of their
successful Six Sigma initiative. He continues to
consult with GE businesses and their customers
today, having recently assisted the leadership team
at GE Capital Energy Financing and with Disney.
