This decision process is designed to improve the quality of solutions and the
level of commitment to clients using the tools and approaches of process
improvement, problem solving, and change management.

WorkSmart! is “a decision making process” in which those closest to and impacted by an important business, customer or organizational issue/opportunity are brought together to formulate a plan of action.  Together, over two days, the issue or opportunity is explored, a solution and an action plan is created and presented to management for their approval and support…all within two days.  Accountability for implementation of action plans remains with the participants of the WorkSmart! process. Progress on plans is actively monitored by WorkSmart! sponsors.
