Mark D. Podgainy has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and food service  industries, both as an advisor and as a member of the operations team.  He has worked with companies in situations ranging from underperformance to bankruptcy.  He has provided operations restructuring, business plan analysis, performance improvement, cash and vendor management, bankruptcy consulting and interim management services.  Mark’s restaurant client list includes Big Boy Restaurants, Roadhouse Grill, and Eateries, Inc. (Garcia’s, Garfield’s and Pepperoni Grill concepts), among others.  Mark has also held line and management positions, including at Howard Johnson’s Restaurants
