International. Samson also served as Interim
CEO of the 60 store casual dining chain,
Eateries Inc.,
owners of
Garcia’s,
Garfield’s
and
Pepperoni Grill.
Samson also served as a strategic consultant to
the New York and New Jersey
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
franchisee
(Harem Foods). He has been the consultant to
H&C Franchise Corporation NYC,
a retail bakery café chain and the
Bread Factory Café;
where
he remains an active board member.
