At Family Restaurants, Inc./Restaurant Enterprise Group, Robert T. (“Bob”) Trebing held the position of Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Controller. These companies operated over 700 restaurants generating over $1 billion in sales under such brands as El Torito, Houlihan’s, Coco’s and Carrows Also, Trebing was the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Prandium, Inc., a publicly traded $250 million US based restaurant management company with 8,000 employees and over 160 units. Prandium Divisions included Hamburger Hamlet, Chi-Chi's, Koo Koo Roo and others.  He also served as Chief Restructuring Advisor for a fast casual Mexican restaurant company which operated 178 stores in twelve states and franchised 196 stores in seventeen states.  Trebing was the Chief Financial Officer  of Frandeli Group, LLC, the buyer and operator of franchises, including 65 Papa John’s stores in Las Vegas, Ohio and North Carolina and 21 Spaghetti Warehouse restaurants in nine states with $85 million in revenues. Additionally, Trebing has served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer/Senior Financial Advisor to the operator/franchisor of the 42 store Ruby’s Diner casual dining chain and The Beachcomber Café’s in Newport Beach and Malibu, CA.
