Ken Eilers

Ken Eilers brings over 25 years of experience in senior management positions to Prolman Associates.  An integral part of the Prolman Associates team, his expertise in the areas of senior operations and financial management for troubled companies allows Eilers the flexibility to fulfill various roles of responsibility.  Ken's corporate experience encompasses a number of executive management positions with multinational and domestic companies involved in turnaround or crisis situations.  He is also a proven "business builder" with a solid record of achievement in re-engineering, and acquisition & divestiture encompassing both domestic and international environments.

Within the manufacturing and distribution market segments, Eilers possesses an in-depth knowledge of strategic planning, cost reduction/containment, financial system design, staff development, P & L responsibility, international negotiations, and global operations management. He has served in the position(s) of President; Chief Financial Officer; Vice President; Operations Manager; and Division Controller of various companies.  His experience has spanned such industries as automotive, aerospace, construction tools, aerospace components, medical products, national merchandise distribution and integrated circuit design and manufacturing, to name a few.

Eilers’ experience includes the positions of Chief Financial Officer with L.H. Research; Controller for a division of Vickers Aerospace; General Manager/Controller for a division of the Fluidpower Group of Parker Hannifin; Controller for a division of Sunrise Medical; Chief Operating Officer/ Chief Financial Officer with American Pneumatic Tools; Chief Financial Officer with Fibernetics; and Special Consultant to BMK, a national general merchandise distributor.

Eilers is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University.
