P. "Bill" Kuehn
Over the past three decades Bill Kuehn has been an innovative change
leader with both growth and underperforming businesses including middle
market manufacturing, distribution and service companies. He has been a
hands-on, turnaround consultant, board director and/or Chief Executive
Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Kuehn has worked with companies in several industries including: healthcare,
wellness, foods/beverages, consumer products and services, industrial
manufacturing and distribution/reselling, electronic components and
instrumentation, commercial printing, aerospace/defense, software, energy
and construction/real estate. Previous experiences include owning and
operating an industrial equipment manufacturing and distribution company for
seven years and serving seven years as a management consultant at KPMG and
Price Waterhouse.
He stimulates management teams to improve their operational and financial
performance through sales and gross profit organic growth; management
reorganization; expense and asset rationalization; strategic growth by
acquisition; merger integration; sale of non core divisions or assets; and
corporate refinancing. Recent assignments include:

Profit improvement consultant to a high growth, profitable
construction services company to reorganize management and revitalize
management reporting and controls;

Strategic advisor to noteholders preparing to take equity
control of a leading, international specialty food franchisor;

Interim CFO of a high growth, profitable personal health
improvement company preparing for an IPO; and

Interim CFO of the diversification subsidiary of a major
national healthcare company with significant M&A activity through
acquisitions, start ups and strategic partnerships.
Kuehn is a Director of Catalina Freight Lines and an Executive Committee
member of Moore Industries. He received his MBA from Harvard University; his
BA with Distinction from Stanford University; and served in Vietnam as an
officer aboard a U.S. Navy destroyer. He has been active in leadership
positions with several community organizations including the American Red
Cross, Harvard Business School Alumni, Stanford Junior Alumni, and
Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles
