D.A. "Pat" Patrick

D.A. "Pat" Patrick brings over 30 years of experience in senior management positions to Prolman Associates. His expertise in the areas of senior management, operations and finance for troubled companies makes Patrick an integral part of the Prolman Associates team. Patrick's corporate experience encompasses a number of executive management positions with multinational and domestic companies involved in turnaround or crisis situations, including a subsidiary of Lockheed Martin.

His international expertise in project management and government contract administration satisfies the needs of businesses looking toward the global market. Patrick's assignments have included Chief Operating Officer for Avicom International (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lockheed Corporation, now Lockheed Martin), Executive Vice President of Pacific Architects and Engineers, Chief Operating Officer for Dental Health of America, Consultant to Bechtel Corporation on overseas maintenance organizations, Financial Consultant to American Fish and Seafood Co. and Chief Operating Officer for the Four Winds group of companies. These positions have involved operational responsibilities in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, as well as in the United States.

With credentials including an M.B.A., a masters degree in engineering, and professional engineering registration, Patrick is a 27 year veteran of the United States Navy Civil Engineer Corps, retiring with the rank of captain. A frequent lecturer and author, Patrick has had several articles published in the Japan Economic Journal, Journal of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Wilshire Business, Civil Engineering, Military Engineering and the American Geophysical Union.

A member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, Patrick is a fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers as well.
