Implementing & Monitoring
The implementation of the projects within the
Value Creation Plan occurs while the business is still operating its "core"
business. When implementation begins, a project structure is created
which operates in parallel with the "core" business. Once the
implementation is completed, the Client then has shifted the very nature and
structure of its business: converted to the new Value Creation Model.
The Prolman Team has managed this transition successfully for many
companies: it must be performed correctly to ensure the proper outcome
of the Value Creation Plan.
