It has become Prolman's experience that many executives are slow to recognize and accept that they are in a declining business or near crisis situation.  The crucial elements that determine the long-term survival of a company are the ways in which the company plans for and handles this situation.

When a company finds itself confronted with serious financial problems, it may become necessary to abandon some of the more traditional business approaches and employ a methodology which Prolman identifies as Value Preservation.  Once these tasks have been completed, the company should have established the foundation for Value Creation.

It is Prolman's team goal to move our Clients into a stable situation so that dramatic Value Creation can be achieved.  Prolman's Value Preservation process takes a business, the value of which has significantly deteriorated or stagnated, and increases the value to a new base-line level.
