Consulting with clients since 1991, Miller has been instrumental in assisting with reorganizations and measures to restore or insure stability in operating companies in numerous industries. These industries include, but are not limited to, consumer products, communications, computer hardware and software, pharmaceuticals, retail, healthcare, airline, media, restaurant, oil and gas, insurance, air cargo, grocery and automotive. Miller's services include preparing and reviewing business plans, developing marketing strategies, and connecting entrepreneurs with professional services, potential board members and management talent.

Miller's accomplishments in leadership include recruiting and selecting key personnel for executive positions such as the CEO for a software firm developing new CAD/CAE technology, and successfully identifying and building a team of outside advisors (legal, accounting and distribution) for a medical device firm resulting in a rapid growth situation the following year. Furthermore, due to Miller's efforts, his clients have enjoyed success with venture financing. Miller introduced a multi-media publisher to a private investor who provided bridge capital to the firm in the amount of almost $10 million in three subsequent rounds of venture financing.
