Determination of External Sources of Funds

The Prolman Team will identify, along with our client, the need and potential sources for outside funds.  Collectively with our client, appropriate presentation material will be constructed.  This could include one or more of the following:

• A new financing plan with existing financial institutions

• Development of relationships with new financial institutions

• Asset financing

• Equity financing - private and/or public

• The establishment of other financing sources
